On April 10, 2024, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) finalized a National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR), establishing legally enforceable maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for six (6) per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water.
