About the T&M Foundation

We work every day to improve the infrastructure, environment, and resources for communities throughout the nation.

We understand the importance of community involvement and supporting the people, organizations, and charities that comprise those ​communities. Over the past 55+ years, T&M has supported our partner communities through volunteerism, promoting STEM education and charitable giving.

Our Mission.

To improve quality of life through acts of kindness, charitable outreach, educational programs, and social support in the T&M family and the communities in which we live, work and play.

The Foundation focuses on giving to various civic, cultural, community, and health care organizations that align with the Foundation’s mission.​

STEM Education

Our STEM education support applies to organizations/institutions that serve students from every age group and/or focus on making education more accessible and effective for different people and communities. These include scholarships, sponsorships, classroom presentations, and site visits.​

Volunteerism

We collaborate with a wide range of community partners, applying our talent and expertise to help address societal challenges with measurable and sustainable solutions through community-based activities and programs.

Fundraising

T&M employees as well as our community and corporate partners are the cornerstones of our success. The Foundation is primarily funded by T&M Associates however, we welcome donations and gifts so we can extend our philanthropic programs.
