T&M Welcomes Ten New Hires to the MidAtlantic Team

T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, has welcomed ten strategic new hires to the MidAtlantic team in our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.

These highly skilled professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Previously with LVL Engineering Group, our new team members specialize in municipal projects, site development, water, and environmental services. Their diverse technical and management skills will significantly contribute to our continued growth and ability to serve our clients effectively.

The firm, headquartered in New Jersey, has a robust presence in eastern Pennsylvania with additional offices in Philadelphia and King of Prussia. T&M remains focused on the company’s growth through the addition of quality talent and clients.

Jon Tresslar, PE, PLS
Regional Client Manager – Site Development
With over 50 years of engineering experience providing civil and surveying services to municipal and private clients in Southeast and Northeast Pennsylvania, Jon’s area of expertise includes all facets of site design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Amy Montgomery, PE
Department Manager – Municipal
Amy has more than 36 years of experience in the field of civil engineering specializing in municipal engineering. She has been a key representative in more than 10 municipalities, including second- and first-class Townships and Boroughs over the course of her career.

Michael Gable, PE
Client Manager – Site Development
Michael has experience providing civil engineering services in both the public and private sector. Over the course of his 25-year career, he has been involved in a variety of projects and project types including commercial, industrial and residential land development, commercial and residential subdivisions, potable water distribution and supply, and sanitary sewage collection and disposal design.

Kris Reiss, PE
Supervising Engineer – Site Development
As supervising engineer in T&M’s site development group, Kris has nearly 30 years of experience in assisting both private and public clients in land development, municipal engineering, stormwater management design and permitting.

Melissa Hutchison, PE
Principal Engineer – Municipal
Melissa has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in land development and municipal engineering preparing detailed engineering and land development plans from concept to construction involving site layout, zoning, roadway, curb and sidewalk, grading, water and sewer, stormwater management facilities, erosion and sedimentation control, and floodplain regulations.

Lisa Whited, PG
Senior Geologist – Environmental
Lisa is a Pennsylvania Licensed Geologist experienced in various types of environmental investigations under federal and private client contracts that entailed providing management to field oversight from project start to completion.

Gaye Singley
Business Administrator
Joining the business administration team, Gaye will be responsible for the execution of advanced administrative duties, which in partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders, will help to achieve operational excellence across the organization.

Charles Bowman
Principal Technician – Site Development
Charles’ experience includes the day-to-day operations of the surveying team, topographic surveys, construction calculations, and quality assurance/quality control.

Brendan Kishbaugh, EIT
Staff Designer 1 – Site Development
Supporting the site development group, Brendan’s role includes site and public infrastructure design, field engineering, report analysis, and preparation.

Jessica Martin
Project Accounting Coordinator
Joining our accounting team, Jessica will assist in the financial management and accounting of our projects.
