Storm Water Solutions: Weathering the Infrastructure Storm

Redeveloping the French Creek West Industrial Site

A vacant industrial parcel in Pennsylvania is finally being transformed into a mixed-residential space. Many projects have been proposed for this site but were discarded due to most of the site lying along the FEMA floodplain and the stringent floodplain requirements of Phoenixville Borough.
