Project Overview
For the National Subaru Training Center, T&M was contracted to perform conceptual plan refinement and pre-design services, major site plans (preliminary and final), traffic engineering services, utility as-builts, sanitary sewer and potable water permitting (city and county), plan revisions and documentation for various approval agencies and was present at meetings and conference calls.
As a subcontractor to Brandywine Realty Trust (the development firm), T&M provided Site/Civil Services for the development of the Subaru Headquarters building with complete site design, the acquisition of land permits, a traffic study and geotechnical investigation of the 250,000 SF, five-story building.
