Project Overview
T&M is providing program management and construction management services for the construction of a new $40 million office building and includes subdivision and redevelopment of an existing 14-acre site.
The new 3-story +/-120,000 GSF office building is being constructed in the middle of the current office building complex and will replace a portion of the existing occupied buildings. The site is home to Ocean County’s Board of Social Services, providing assistance to the public with 7,000+ visitors per month and nearly 500+ staff members. All existing buildings and functions will remain accessible and operational during the construction. The contracted services for this complex, multi-phased project include designer request for proposal development and proposal review, design management, site logistics and phasing plans, schedule and budget development and oversights, as well as construction phase management services.
