The Cubes at Lehigh Valley Distribution Center

With convenient access to US Route 22, I-78 and I-476, The Cubes at Lehigh Valley is ideally situated within 60 miles from the Port of Newark and to FedEx’s largest ground hub in the United States at Lehigh Valley International Airport. T&M’s site development team provided civil design, NPDES permitting, PennDOT HOP and Right-of-Way plans, stormwater management, and utility engineering for the 450,000 square foot warehouse distribution center located on the 40-acre site at the intersection of Airport Road and Nor Bath Boulevard in East Allen Township.

Once completed, the distribution center will have a high efficiency LED lighting, ample dock doors & trailer storage, and car parks associated with the new state-of-the-art industrial distribution centers seen throughout the country.
