Project Overview
T&M provides industrial hygiene, safety compliance, due diligence, and ISO services for Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMC-NA) at hundreds of their existing medical care and manufacturing facilities as well as at proposed locations throughout the United States and its territories. The industrial hygiene services include providing indoor air quality assessments, mold assessments, asbestos management and project management support for mold and asbestos remediation.
T&M’s Health and Safety team also provides:
- Environmental, health and safety compliance audits for their manufacturing plants.
- Environmental Management Systems/ISO 14001 services for 3 facilities.
- Numerous Environmental assessments have been completed in accordance with the ASTM Standard for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA) including compliance with the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) requirements.
- Review services for Phase I assessments and Phase II investigation activities conducted by responsible parties, landlords and others at existing and proposed FMC-NA locations.
