Project Overview
The County of Monmouth requires assistance in assessing the status of the Health and Safety Management Program for their 3,000 employees. T&M’s Health and Safety team completes a baseline evaluation of 18 departments to determine compliance with the various Public Employers Occupational Safety and Health Administration (PEOSHA) regulations.
Part of the scope is to assist the Monmouth County Safety Office with regulatory compliance under an annual contract which include:
- Overall Implementation of the County’s Health and Safety Programs
- Development of PEOSHA Written Programs
- Creating and presenting PEOSHA Education and Training Programs
- Management of the NJ Community Right-To-Know (RTK) Program
- Regulatory Agency Liaison
- Plan development to ensure compliance with OSHA’s mandatory reporting requirement for all work-related fatalities and in-patient hospitalizations
- 24 Hour Emergency Response
- Loss Prevention
- HIPPA Program Development and Training
- Lead remediation at the Monmouth County Indoor Firing Range and assisting with audits and recommendations to minimize lead contamination at the Outdoor Range
- Indoor air quality (IAQ) management plans and investigations
- Mold investigations and remediation training programs
- Development and oversight of mold remediation activities
