T&M CPO Joins Panel of Experts to Discuss the Great Resignation

Chief People Officer, Lynn Spence, SPHR, joined a panel of experts convened by NJBIZ to urge employers to overhaul their approach to work and hiring as employers should not expect the hiring shortage to end soon. Employees will likely have leverage for quite some time. The NJBIZ panelists suggest that employers will have to work harder and adopt tactics that might have seemed unthinkable before the pandemic.
