T&M’s Elaine Dasti Named a Women to Watch

Elaine Dasti, Buildings & Facilities Market Leader, has been recognized as one of South Jersey Biz’ Women to Watch! She is one of just 22 women selected for this annual honor, which celebrates influential leaders across South Jersey who are making a meaningful impact in their industries and communities. Known for their drive, leadership, and commitment to uplifting others, these women are helping shape the region’s business landscape.

In her multifaceted role at T&M, Elaine oversees construction management, MEP and structural teams. A licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, and North Dakota, she brings more than 17 years of experience designing and delivering projects across higher education, healthcare, K-12 schools, mixed-use developments, hospitality, recreation, wastewater treatment plants, and more. Over the past decade, she has helped drive consistent growth, build lasting client relationships, and strengthen quality control practices across the organization.
