T&M Receives Top Project Honors From Lehigh Valley Business

Lehigh Valley Business has selected T&M’s Little Lehigh/Bridgeside Estates project to receive a 2025 Top Projects Award. Top Projects is an awards program that honors the best building and construction projects in the Lehigh Valley completed between January and December 2024. The awards not only look back at the excellent work that’s taken place in the previous year but also anticipate how these plans and projects could potentially establish landmarks in the future.

The initial phase of this two-phase redevelopment of the Little Lehigh public housing project replaced aging homes from the early 1970s. This phase introduced 50 new affordable housing units and a nearly 5,000-square-foot community building. T&M provided land development services as a subcontractor to Pennrose for the project, including civil/site engineering services, preliminary/final land development and subdivision plans, stormwater management, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), erosion and sediment design, regulatory permitting, and application submissions.

Projects were judged on the following criteria: degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors, management and in some cases government, adaptive reuse, and sustainability efforts. Winners of the 2025 Top Projects Awards were chosen by the editors of Lehigh Valley Business.
