President, T&M Associates
What inspired you to join the HABcore board?
I am the president of an engineering company headquartered in Monmouth County and our company’s mission includes giving back to and improving our communities. I felt my corporate experience, knowledge of the local communities, and relationships in Monmouth and Ocean counties would be beneficial to furthering HABcore’s growth and continued success in achieving its mission and vision.
What moment or story confirmed your dedication to HABcore’s mission?
I assisted HABcore in developing its inaugural 5-year Strategic Plan. Witnessing the plan being executed and progressing toward achieving the 5-year goals and objectives is fulfilling, validating my positive impact on the organization.
How do your unique skills contribute to the board’s efforts to support HABcore’s programs and mission?
Although a nonprofit, the organization has grown and must adopt a more business-like approach to continue to be successful and serve the needs of the community. I believe my corporate background and experiences have contributed to HABcore’s evolution and therefore support the programs and mission.
In what ways do you think the community can further support HABcore’s mission?
Community members can support HABcore in various ways: through financial contributions, volunteering or by offering their skills and services to further the organization’s mission.
