T&M Welcomes Adanma Akujieze as New Chief Financial Officer

MIDDLETOWN, NJ – T&M Associates, a leading engineering and technical services firm focused on innovative solutions that advance our clients’ goals and sustain communities, is pleased to welcome Adanma Akujieze, CPA, CISA, CIA, as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she will be a strategic business partner to the executive team leading the planning and management of the Finance department within the organization. 

Akujieze is an experienced fiduciary director and growth-oriented leader with strong business acumen and a unique mix and depth of knowledge across multiple industries, organization sizes, and subject matter. With 20+ years of experience in finance, she has held leadership positions in private equity-owned and publicly-traded companies, ranging from 400 to 23,000 employees. Akujieze’s experience also includes strategic planning; enterprise digital transformation; financial policy; workforce planning; budgeting and financial analytics; risk management; corporate compliance; auditing, and business assurance.

Akujieze earned her Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with Honors from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. Her community involvement includes being a Board Member of WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital’s Finance Committee and Audit & Risk Committee, and the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
