T&M Honored with Two Distinguished Awards

T&M is honored to receive two Distinguished Engineering Awards from the New Jersey Alliance for Action for The Edison Residential project in Roselle and the Robbinsville Municipal Building project. The Distinguished Engineering Award program recognizes the truly outstanding engineering projects across New Jersey that make a significant impact on communities, the economy, and the environment.

Edison Residential:

T&M is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting services for The Edison, a 195-unit luxury mixed-use residential development in Roselle. As part of the St. Georges Avenue revitalization initiative, the project will transform a former brownfield site into a vibrant community featuring residential units, retail space, amenities, and enhanced streetscape improvements.

Robbinsville Municipal Building:

The Robbinsville Municipal Building, Courts, and Police Facility project transformed a vacant commercial office building into a modern civic complex serving both Robbinsville Township and Hightstown Borough. T&M provided comprehensive engineering, program management, design management, and cost estimating services to support the adaptive reuse project, enhancing operational efficiency and community services.
