T&M Welcomes Jason Kiernan as a Regional Water Market Leader

T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, is thrilled to announce that Jason Kiernan, has joined our Middletown, NJ team as a Regional Water Market Leader. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the market area within the Northeast region, ensuring growth and performance align with T&M’s mission and strategic goals. He will collaborate closely with client and business leadership, as well as corporate groups, to drive success and support companywide objectives.

Kiernan brings over 20 years of experience in the water, wastewater, and environmental fields. He has led projects for private, public, and university-level organizations. Most recently as Regional Vice President at Veolia North America, Jason oversaw water and wastewater public-private partnership contract in the NJ/NYC area, managing over $50M in annual revenue. He has managed several operations and maintenance (O&M) water and wastewater projects, led major infrastructure upgrades, launched internal training programs, and coached teams to earn NJDEP licenses- all while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations like PFAS and lead.

In addition to his management expertise, Jason holds multiple operator licenses (water, sanitary and industrial wastewater), enabling him to bridge the gap between engineering design and operations. This unique perspective allows him to integrate practical operational insight into project planning, ensuring designs are not only innovative but also implementable and sustainable in real-world systems.
