T&M Welcomes Frederick Rappold as Client Leader

T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, is thrilled to announce that Frederick Rappold has joined our team as a Client Leader. In his new role, Fred will lead client initiatives and business development strategies for private clients in the Industrial, Commercial and Utility sectors. He will be responsible for managing a team of client portfolio leaders across industries including manufacturing, development, healthcare, energy, and water, while collaborating with market leaders to deliver sector growth strategies. By leveraging his deep client knowledge and industry expertise, Fred will work to strengthen relationships, expand services, and drive T&M’s long-term strategic vision.

Rappold brings over 25 years of experience in business development across the architectural, engineering, and consulting industry. Most recently, he served as a Senior Client Manager, where he played a key role in expanding municipal water services. He successfully grew client accounts by promoting integrated solutions, leading proposals and negotiations, and strengthening long-term relationships. Fred also supported strategic marketing efforts.
