Priorities include reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 and 80% by 2050, supporting underserved communities, and ensuring clean water access statewide. The IIJA also emphasizes safety, with all approved projects designed to enhance public safety for workers and residents, while ensuring cleaner air and water for long-term benefits.
