Four T&M Projects Win Leading Capital Construction Project Awards

We are excited to announce that four T&M projects have been recognized by the Alliance for Action’s Leading Capital Construction Project Awards. These awards celebrate innovative, pioneering, and landmark construction initiatives that significantly impact the state’s economy. They also honor the businesses and organizations that collaborate as partners to construct and ensure the safety and efficiency of the state’s infrastructure.

Inspira Campus Site – T&M designed a site for a new 204-bed hospital on a 100-acre lot, serving as the civil engineer of record for all aspects of site approval and was involved in the project from site investigation/due diligence through design, permitting, and construction related services, and completed all survey work for outbounds, topographic survey, subdivisions, and records of easements for the project.

Kings Highway RehabilitationThis rehabilitation project will improve safety, connectivity and user satisfaction for the 2.42-mile stretch of roadway. T&M provided the design and coordinated public outreach for the comprehensive array of upgrades designed to renew the roadway surface, while adopting complete street guidance to ensure that the design improves accessibility for all users.

Bergen County Justice Complex Annex – T&M provided Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services to inspect, observe and report on cap disruption activities during the historical restoration project, which consisted of the grading of the surface soils and soil excavation to address water issues.

New Ocean County Justice Complex – T&M provided pre-construction Project Management services for the new Justice Complex Annex. The new 153,500 SF, four story building will include a new, secure Justice Complex entrance, criminal courtrooms, secure parking, County and New Jersey Court office and support spaces as well improvements to the Hooper Avenue pedestrian bridge.
