T&M Recipient of Annual Spinnaker Award

We are proud to announce that the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce (EMACC) named T&M a recipient of their Annual Spinnaker Awards for 50 years of serving Monmouth County.

Now in its thirty-second year, the Spinnaker Awards honors those businesses and individuals who give of themselves to make life better for everyone in eastern Monmouth County. Read the full list of honorees here.

T&M was founded by Richard T. Noble and Richard M. Schulz in Middletown, NJ in 1966, to meet the engineering needs of communities throughout Monmouth County. The company since has grown from a seven-person local operation to a nationally-recognized professional services firm. Although our services and geography have expanded, many of our original clients are still clients today. We understand the importance of community involvement and supporting the people, organizations and charities that comprise those ​communities we work every day to support and improve. Over the past 55+ years, T&M has worked with our partner communities through volunteerism, promoting STEM education and charitable giving. The T&M Associates Foundation, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was established in 2021 to expand the impact in these communities.
