T&M’s Halls Mill Road Project Receives Project of the Year Award

Congratulations to T&M’s Pete Drinkwater and Monmouth County’s Joe Ettore who received ASCE’s Project of the Year Award for a Roadway Improvements project at Halls Mill Road & Elton Adelphia Road (CR524) in Monmouth County! The 1.9-mile-long roadway project located in Freehold and Howell Townships realigned Halls Mill Rd to create a 4-leg intersection with Elton-Adelphia Rd and Edinburgh Drive ending on Route 524.

The ASCE Central Jersey Branch awards program recognizes projects of significant importance over $5 million that have demonstrated design and/or construction excellence and innovation.
