Mike Regan an Executive of the Year

Congratulations to T&M’s Mike Regan for being named a South Jersey Biz Executive of the Year!

Regan has more than two decades of construction and program management experience, serves on T&M’s Board of Directors, our Vision 2030 Committee, and is involved with T&M’s charitable arm, the T&M Foundation.

Mike’s advice for those trying to break into the industry is to, “be adaptable, stay humble, and embrace a mindset of continuous learning and improvement. You will never know everything, and there will come a point at which some of the things you thought you knew don’t apply any more. Stay open-minded and grow every day.”
