T&M Project Wins Private Project of the Year Award

T&M is proud to announce that the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers (NJSPE) have awarded T&M’s Parker at Somerset project the winner of the Private Project of the Year Award.

Parker at Somerset is a revolutionary 120-bed facility designed with spacious suites and ensuite bathrooms built in a way to be reconfigured and retrofitted with the evolution of infection control technology for seniors. The facility is equipped with high-tech rehabilitation, touchless access points, and surfaces treated to prevent bacterial spread. Visiting areas have negative air pressure systems fitted to prevent air from circulating to other areas.  T&M provided site/civil engineering, design, construction inspection services, and facilitated the installation of an emergency pump station. The parking lot’s stormwater management design and permitting comply with NJDEP green infrastructure requirements and a solar canopy covers the lot, producing green energy.
