Sunset Lake Park Improvements Project Receives Merit Award

We are pleased to announce that the New Jersey Concrete Awards Committee has named T&M’s Sunset Lake Park Improvements project a Merit Award Winner!

Noteworthy projects were completed during 2022 and highlight the successful application of the premier building material, concrete. T&M was responsible for preparing a Monmouth County Open Space Grant application, wherein the County awarded the City $250,000, the maximum grant award.  T&M provided the design and construction administration of park improvements, which consisted of site grading, concrete sidewalks, benches, and park lighting.

The design and construction of the central medallion of the compass rose that was constructed entirely of different colored concrete mixes was designed by T&M’s Client Manager, Jason Harzold and Precise Construction of Freehold, NJ performed the work under T&M direction and supervision. Sunset Lake Park offers everyone in Asbury Park a place to play, relax and socialize.
