As part of the design-build team, T&M is providing boundary and topographic survey, base mapping, site/civil engineering, permitting, and asbestos identification services for this mixed-use student housing project in Newark, NJ.

NJIT continues to modernize and transform its campus to meet the needs of students. Located on the grounds of the former Warren Street School, the 500-bed facility will be an apartment-style residence hall, emphasizing single-occupancy bedrooms and be constructed with environmentally-friendly methods. The public-private partnership will also be using regionally sourced materials in its construction to help the local economy.
