T&M provided Owner’s Representative Services for the planning, procurement of the design and construction and commissioning of a new, multi-story, parking facility at the Bank of America South Campus in Jacksonville, Florida. This new facility is located within the existing Parking Lot and will accommodate approximately 2,350 vehicles. T&M’s responsibilities included managing the development of concept plans, development of project delivery strategies and retention.

The project delivery was the Design/Build (D/B) method procured by the issuance of performance specification to pre-qualified contractors for competitive bidding and subsequent selection of a Design/Build contractor.

T&M acted as the Owner’s Representative through all phases, including regular meetings and site inspections to confirm construction compliance and review payment applications.
