William Holbrook Joins Leading Engineering Firm
Middletown, NJ – William Holbrook recently joined the T&M Associates team as a division manager in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting office.
T&M Associates is one of the region’s leading engineering firms with offices throughout New Jersey and in eastern Pennsylvania. The firm has nearly 300 employees and provides services to public and private sector clients. T&M Associates been recognized as an industry leader in engineering for transportation, solid waste, land use, site development, environmental and renewable energy projects.

Holbrook’s experience throughout the years has included landfill design, construction and management in the United States, Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. His vast experience in the field of environmental management and engineering includes all aspects of land management, real estate development, water and waste water management, landfill development, design, construction and business modeling. He has provided solid waste business valuation studies to numerous financial and private investment funds. He has conducted strip mine reclamation utilizing sewage sludge and compost site development and has developed, owned and operated sewage sludge and leaf composting facilities in Pennsylvania.
Holbrook has also personally permitted numerous environmental sites including landfills, quarries, transfer stations and leachate treatment facilities and provided general contracting services included commercial fit out, site development and building construction.
Before starting his own firm in 1986, Holbrook worked for the City of Philadelphia, BCM Environmental Engineers and Waste Management, Inc. These positions provided the basis for his experience in industrial waste water characterization and treatment, construction and solid waste management.
Holbrook graduated from Villanova University with a B. S. in Civil Engineering. He lives in North Wales, PA.
