Michael Roeder Joins Leading Engineering Firm

Middletown, NJ – Michael Roeder recently joined T&M Associates as Business Unit Leader – Environmental for the engineering and planning firm. In this capacity, he will oversee the company’s Water/Wastewater, Environmental Science, Solid Waste and Energy & Utilities Divisions.

T&M Associates is one of the Northeast’s leading engineering, planning and environmental consulting firms, with offices throughout New Jersey and in eastern Pennsylvania. The firm has nearly 300 employees and provides services to public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining T&M, Mr. Roeder was a Business Unit Manager at Brown and Caldwell, a national engineering and consulting business focused on the environmental market. He has an extensive background in marketing, strategic client planning, project development, team building, and financial management.

After recently moving from Phoenix, Ariz., Mr. Roeder now resides in Highlands. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering in 1987 and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Engineering in 1989 from Georgia Institute of Technology.
