T&M Associates Employees Achieve Career Milestones

Middletown, N.J. –T&M Associates, one of the region’s leading engineering firms, has announced the professional engineering licensure and certification of two employees. Mason DeFrank recently obtained his Professional Engineer license and Mark Faustino passed his National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) tests for inspection.

Mason DeFrank, P.E., is a staff engineer at T&M’s Moorestown office and has over eight years of industry experience. He has been involved in various projects including the preparation of site plans and subdivisions, road design, stormwater management reports, state and local permitting, planning board reviews, and industrial structural design.  

DeFrank, a Riverton, NJ, received a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from Rowan University in 2006. He is a licensed professional engineer, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Highway Engineers, and is a Certified Inspector of In-Service Bridges through the National Highway Institute.

Mark Faustino is a supervising inspector at T&M’s Moorestown office and is in charge of onsite representation for the firm’s construction projects. He is responsible for Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Inspection, preparation of progress reports, assuring compliance with contract plans and specifications, field testing of materials, and assisting project managers.

Faustino, a Pitman, NJ resident, received an associate’s of science degree in civil engineering from Gloucester County College. He is a Grade 1 American Concrete Institute field testing technician. He received training in radiological safety, as a hazardous waste site worker, and as a Troxler Radiation Safety Officer. Faustino also completed the NICET tests for inspection.
