Transmission Line Project Wins Leading Infrastructure Award

January 29, 2021

The New Jersey Alliance for Action has awarded the Metuchen Trenton Burlington Transmission Line project with a New Jersey’s Leading Infrastructure Projects award. The program was created to highlight innovative, pioneering and landmark construction initiatives that greatly impact the state’s economy and to honor the businesses and organizations that work together as partners to ensure the project’s success.

T&M provided professional engineering services to assist PSE&G with the Flood Hazard Area applications for their $739 million monopole expansion project which covered 131 monopoles from Edison through Trenton to Burlington, New Jersey. This scope included FHA support, establishing Base Flood Elevations and associated hydraulic studies for floodplain delineation, permit support documentation and meetings with regulatory agencies. This project replaced aging infrastructure in 17 municipalities.
