In an effort to meet the increasing growth trends in Ocean, Burlington and Atlantic Counties, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) retained T&M Associates in 1998 to provide professional services for the construction of an additional lane in each direction of a 50 mile stretch of the Garden State Parkway. The firm’s role included preliminary design, environmental studies and the preparation of permit application documents necessary for construction to begin.

Merck Solar Project
T&M, in cooperation with Sun Power Corporation Systems and Dome Technical Group, a UTC power company, prepared a major site plan for the installation of a 1.56 mW rated ground-mounted tracking system, covering approximately 7.5 acres of photovoltaic array on a 10.75 acre parcel.
