T&M Associates offers
a wide spectrum of land surveying services.
Our survey crews are equipped with Robotic total station, automated
data collecting, and RTK Global Positioning System (GPS) instruments.
Our in-house professional and technical staff utilizes modern
computational and digital processing systems, assuring a quality
product for title surveys, design purposes and base plans for
construction of municipal, commercial, residential or industrial
projects. We routinely provide DOT state highway survey controls
utilizing GPS and ground traverses.
Our survey crews are
current with OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Site Worker Training. All
surveying activities are performed under the direct supervision
of a New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor.
Tax map maintenance and
evaluation is a hallmark service of T&M. Our staff has prepared
digital and normal tax maps for evaluation and maintenance for
over 35 years. Our current team of tax map professionals have
worked together for 20 years.
GIS/LIS services related
to parcelization or data collection is provided utilizing ESRI
ArcGIS software and GPS technology.
We also can provide forensic
surveying including expert testimony on boundary disputes and
tax appeals. Accident recreation including three dimensional
modeling can also be provided.
