Stan Slachetka / Redevelopment Handbook

 

On 12/28/11, the NJ Department of Community Affairs Commissioner Lori Griffa sent mayors across NJ a CD copy of “The Redevelopment Handbook,” a joint publication of the Department and the NJ Chapter of the American Planning Association. Stan Slachetka, PP, AICP, T&M’s Planning Group Manager who has assisted dozens of communities with master planning, zoning and redevelopment plans, was one of two co-authors. Stan was also the co-author of the first version of the handbook published in 2003 that provided municipalities with a guide to the various techniques that can be used to invigorate areas that are not physically or economically contributing to the community.
