Highways

As our region continues to grow it is imperative to maintain and add to our highway systems to support that growth. Some recent T&M highway projects include:

  • Permitting and preliminary engineering for the widening of the Garden State Parkway Interchange 30 to 80
  • The widening of a seven mile stretch of New Jersey Route 287
  • Improvements to the Garden State Parkway Interchange Route 127/Route 440
  • The construction of the New Jersey Route 33 Freeway By-pass
  • Route 1 and Meadow Road grade separation
  • Multiple ramp modifications to the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike
  • Roadway widening and reconstruction projects for various counties
  • Final design, preliminary engineering and permitting for Interchange Improvements at Exits 67, 69, 114 on the Garden State Parkway.
  • Corridor Study for Route 35 in Eatontown, NJ

Our Project Management Teams are experienced in planning and controlling complex schedules and budgets on intensive projects often related to the development of highway widening and interchange designs. The total transportation effort at T&M spans the entire project spectrum from feasibility assessment through construction inspection. With expertise in access, right-of-way and utility engineering to support our effort, we can ensure that our clients' project scheduling and quality needs are met.

In addition to design and permitting activities related to highways, our team has extensive experience in reconstruction, widening and upgrading county roads and local streets. Recent projects include:

In addition, T&M provides design services annually to upgrade, reconstruct or relocate miles of the local streets in the twenty two municipalities we serve in as municipal engineer.
