General Description
Assist Division Manager in directing staff and activities related to water and wastewater design projects which include nutrient removal, operation assistance and design for new and upgraded facilities. Lead and mentor project managers and design staff. Monitor project managers for schedule and budget compliance, technical reviews and quality control.

Work Experience Requirements

P.E. in New Jersey or ability to obtain by reciprocity required.
Structural Bridge Engineer
General Description
Participate in and oversee design projects for highway bridges and related structures, bridge rehabilitation and replacement (superstructure and substructure) for NJ Turnpike Authority, NJDOT, Counties and other transportation agencies.

Work Experience Requirements
Strong technical background with a minimum of 8 years experience in bridge design with at least 5 years experience with NJ agency projects. Must be familiar with AASHTO and NJDOT standards. Software experience should include: PennDOT programs, Conspan, PileBuck, STADD, APile, Merlin Dash, Ram Steel. Strong writing and oral communication skills required.
Education Requirements
B.S. in Civil, Structural or related engineering discipline
P.E. in NJ preferred.
May consider candidate with EIT if experience is exceptional.
Grants Assistant
General Description
Write comprehensive proposals and funding applications for a variety of municipal, county and state and agency projects and services. Research information as needed and summarize results. Identify funding opportunities and dialog with funders and regulatory agencies and communicate results. Maintain database, catalogue and record files. Attend evening meetings as needed.

Environmental Scientist
General Description
Conduct wetlands delineations & environmental permitting activities. Assist in the performance of environmental site assessments, preparation of environmental permit applications, field sampling and testing, data management and assessment of environmental impact.
