Landscape Architect
Prepare concept master plans for a wide variety of projects - parks, streetscapes, downtown beautification, etc. Create final plans and specs for a wider variety of projects - parks, skateparks, streetscapes, waterfront projects, corporate and university campuses. Prepare planting plans for all of the above and more, including a wide variety of commercial and residential highrise/subdivision projects. Prepare recreation master plans for townships and county park systems. Provide graphic support to the design divisions, including animation when needed. Landscape plan reviews for various planning and zoning boards, and also give expert testimony in front of municipal and county planning/zoning/design review boards, plus occasional conflict resolution services.
