T&M Associates was founded in 1966, by Richard M. Schulz and the late Richard T. Noble, as a small municipal engineering office with five employees. With confidence that expertise, integrity, professionalism and dedication would bring success, the company has grown to be one of the region’s premier engineering and planning consulting firms.

Having worked for more than 500 clients, T&M, today, serves as an industry leader.
